Baby Goats & Brews | Goat Yoga at Goat Patch Brewing Co.

Weekends are made for beer adventures and new beer experiences. If you’re looking for a unique way to get a little exercise in, pet baby goats, and drink delicious beers, you should check out Goat Patch Brewing Co. down in Colorado Springs! Goat Patch has teamed up with Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga to offer this fun, extremely adorable way to stay fit and enjoy some beers!

The Yoga

The yoga was led by an awesome yogi from Rocky Mountain Goat Yoga. She taught a beginner/intro level class that’s fit for anyone and everyone. Although, in all honesty, you may spend more time playing with the baby goats than doing yoga itself. Rain or shine, this hour-long yoga session is a great way to start off the day, and get ready to enjoy some delicious beers.

The Beer

We enjoyed two different flights after the yoga session, as well as a sample of their Pappy Legba, an Imperial Saison. One of the flights consists of their flagship brews, and the other is made up of special releases. Their offerings span various different beer styles, meaning there’s something for everyone on the menu! The flagship flight included: Blonde Ale, It Takes a Tribe Red Ale, Hazy Unfiltered IPA, and Stout. On the other hand, the specialty release flight included: Goats & Goats & Goats Saison, Dry-Hopped Limeade Shandy, German Wheat Kettle Sour, Belgian Wit. Although all delicious, the ones that really stood out to us were the Blonde Ale, It Takes a Tribe, and the German Wheat Kettle Sour. Needless to say, we’re looking forward to our next trip back to the Springs!
