Surprise! Fat Tire is now 25-years-old. Feeling old yet? The folks over at New Belgium are–but in the best way possible! Twenty-five years is no easy feat for a brewery nowadays, that’s why they’ve celebrated in a big way and got in touch with five collaboration partners and good friends of theirs to recreate versions of the iconic Fat Tire.

This is going to be a BIG year for craft beer. Many breweries who started developing around the beginning of the craft beer resurgence have begun distributing their product more widely, and several of the country’s largest breweries are set for major expansions. With that wider distribution and those expansions, we’ll begin seeing tons of new beers hitting store shelves.
This week’s beer news is all about new brews, breweries, and things to make drinking beer just a little more fun. Avery is bringing us an extremely high ABV beer, Samuel Adams collaborated with Brewery Rickoli, and Green Flash shows Europe what hops are all about.
