Dogshaming.com is the funniest Tumblr you’ve never heard of. Elegant in it’s simplicity, Dogshaming is devoted to just that- owners shaming their pets for their misdeeds.  Owners with dogs to be shamed submit photos of their pups immediately following (or sometimes in the middle of) their crimes.  Signs detailing the offense and written from the perspective of the pet are required.  An example of the typical Dogshaming  crime: “I pooped on the carpet…WHILE mommy was shampooing it.”  The curator of the site then posts the submitted photos to Dogshaming.com for all the world to see, and hilarity ensues.   The dogs are appropriately shamed (or sometimes not– usually that’s half the fun.)  Founded by two owners frustrated by their ornery Dachshunds, Dogshaming became an overnight sensation in August 2012.  Check out their Facebook page or twitter feed for more awesome Dogshaming moments.  Disclaimer:  Don’t check out the website in public unless you are okay with cackling loudly in the middle of Starbucks.  You’ve been warned.
