Wunsch is a German-style amber ale that is approachable and flavorful. Very obvious but soft malt flavors sit across from a firm hop presence that balances the malt. A truly, great yeast that has become a house strain leaves all of the great malt flavors alone and imparts a delightful richness that is hard to describe.
