Boys Are From Märzen Jesse Bussard
Kindsey Bernhard

In Episode 51 of the “Boys Are From Märzen” podcast, Kindsey Bernhard is joined by Jesse Bussard, the Executive Director of the North American Craft Maltsters Guild.

Bussard became the Executive Director of the North American Craft Maltsters Guild in December 2019 after years of working various jobs in agriculture and beer. Her combined interest in both fields made her the perfect candidate.

Previously to the Craft Maltsters Guild, Bussard worked for and co-founded Fermentana, an events promotions company focused on using fermented craft beverages to create positive change across Montana. Bussard also previously worked as the Marketing Director at Bunkhouse Brewery, working in beer sales, marketing and events management.

In addition to her role as the Executive Director, Bussard is Vice President of Membership & Media at Bridger Brew Crew, Gallatin Valley’s Homebrew Club promoting knowledge in the fermentation sciences as well as responsible alcohol use and consumption.

Bussard is a member of the Montana Chapter of the Pink Boots Society and North American Guild of Beer Writers.
