In Episode 29 of the “Boys Are From Märzen” podcast, Jen Blair of New Realm Brewing joins Kindsey Bernhard.

Jen Blair is the Beer Program Manager at New Realm, co-host of False Bottomed Girls podcast and on the American Homebrewers Association Governing Committee.

Blair joined the team at New Realm Brewing in September 2019 as the Beer Program Coordinator and in January 2021, she was promoted to Beer Program Manager. In her role, she focuses on beer education for both employees and customers among many other things. While it’s not her official title, you can call Blair the Swiss army knife of New Realm.

Blair is currently running for her second term on the American Homebrewers Association Governing Committee. She is a current member of the Governing Committee and serves as the Chair of the Industry subcommittee. Blair is also on the Homebrew Con Seminar Selection subcommittee, focusing on increasing the diversity and inclusion of our Homebrew Con speakers and topics.

Previously to New Realm, Blair served as the Executive Director of the Craft Maltsters Guild where she worked to bring awareness to the craft malt movement.

Blair the co-host of the False Bottomed Girls podcast with Rachael Hudson of Pilot Brewing. She is also the Chapter Leader of the Atlanta Pink Boots Society and a mentor in the Road to 100 Cicerone Certified Beer Server program.
