Founded in Denver in 1994, Great Divide is one of the most decorated breweries in America.

And while holding down the proverbial fort for two plus decades require consistency and continuity in product, branding and ethos, that doesn’t mean a brewery doesn’t enjoy putting things on the back burner and brewing up something new. Great Divide has announced their overhaul for 2017 beer releases, and sure, some things will take a hiatus, other gems will get a chance to shine. You’ll never eat regular French toast again. Really, I’m not kidding, you won’t. Also, you most definitely will not go back to that plain, boring pancake syrup found hidden in the aisles of Safeway. Just. Say. No.

With this recipe, I shall convert you to a lover of the oaked goodness that is Rumble syrup. In case you need a little extra convincing, I’m throwing it on top of grilled French toast… that is first cooked in bacon fat. Great Divide | 20th Anniversary Celebration Recap

This past Saturday we celebrated Great Divide Brewing Company’s 20th Anniversary with 2,000 of our hop cone compatriots in Denver, CO!

A long, line of craft beer connoisseurs formed on Brighton Boulevard. Cars slowly passed by looking for open parking spaces; patrons cruised in on their two wheelers and entered into the queue for bicycle valet (free courtesy of our friends over at Denver B-Cycle). A line of kegs outlined the entryway with Great Divide staff members donned in their 20th anniversary red shirts and sporting the largest of smiles. They knew what we were in for as we were wrist banded. . .
