Celebrate good times, come on!
Let’s celebrate…

… the holiday season, whether you’re with family, friends, or flying solo. So grab a drink and lets join in and enjoy this year’s hop harvest. Sierra Nevada Brewing Company has been celebrating and sharing their love of fresh hops with the Celebration Ale for the last 31 years with it’s Celebration Ale. This winter IPA is brewed to highlight and feature the fresh Cascade, Centennial, and Chinook hops while showcasing bold and complex flavors.

When you pour the Celebration Ale to a pint glass from the bottle, there is  a dark copper appearance and a nice frothy head. Upon pouring, you can smell the pine and hops emanating from the glass. There are subtle hints of the sweet citrus along with the hops, however, the malt is pretty hard to find. When you take a gulp, you’ll get hit with the bold hop flavors. There is bitterness to the hops but is balanced out with the citrus and finishes clean. There is nice carbonation to it, leaving you wanting more. A great beer and distinctive different than most other winter brews out there.
