PorchDrinking’s Weekly Denver Beer Beat | June 1st, 2016
I must opine that each and every week, the Denver Metro is blessed AF with the number of beer’y events that are going down. Seriously folks. Just look at all of these firkins and casks being tapped. How about the tap takeovers and special tappings? The beer dinners feat. First Blood II, the beer and cheese pairings, the crawfish boils, and BURNING CAN festival?!
We are wicked bias but we love that New Wave from Ratio is hitting the tapwall again and that they are having a dance party about it. We love that Highland’s Ranch is having a beer fest this weekend, and that Odd13 Brewing is releasing some of that new-new when they release this NEIPA on the sleeping town of Lafayette. We are overflowing with foam excitement over the fact that a beer dinner with Crooked Stave is happening at the Rhein House, and that a cereal themed beer release is back on track at BBB in FoCo and some cheese & cider will make it to your palate this week if you are lucky.
Anyway, with bated breath, we URGE you to the Nth degree to take advantage of this awesome weather and imbibe with your good friends and family. Catch us around town and don’t forget to follow us on our socials!
Shout out to Ursula Brewery and Platt Parking Brewing Co. who are celebrating anniversaries this week!
Check out the rest of the calendar here to plan your week accordingly! You can export events to your iCal and/or sort them by your favorite brewery/beer bar, by the day or by the topic with a quick search for key words.
Whatever you plan to do, make sure you plan appropriate transportation and drink responsibly . . . use two hands.
Cheers to ye and may eternity find us in as good company as this! Stay Thirsty and Keep Denver Beer’d!
