GET THE FUNK OUT
Crooked Stave
5.7% ABV, Methode Traditionnelle spontaneous sour ale aged in oak barrels.

CHAMPS DE FRAISES
Firestone Walker
6.0% ABV, An inventive wild ale fermented with fresh Oregon strawberries.

A generous dose of strawberries were allowed a tertiary fermentation with a wheat beer matured 5-24 months in 100% French oak barrels. A fresh sweet strawberry perfume gives way to earthy funk, bracing acidity and malt undertones. A lively carbonation and underlying oak tannins create a thoroughly refreshing beverage. Santé!

ROLLING BONES
Firestone Walker
7.5% ABV, American wild ale fermented with plums, black currants, cherries, and grapes.

REGINALD BRETT
Firestone Walker
9.7% ABV, Stong wild ale selectively matured in bourbon barrels for several months with an additional 18 month secondary fermentation in French and American oak barrels.

Nutty sherry aromas mingle with Oak, then give way to a Cointreau-like boozy orange zest. Tart cherries linger as the acidity builds on the palate. Vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon provide a supporting cast. The whole experience is reminiscent of a Manhattan cocktail. To be sipped and savored. A santé!
