Solera Saison + Variant Bottle Release @ The Cultural Center (Denver) – 6381 Beach St #A, Denver, Colorado

Date/ Time: Saturday, August 24, from 12:00–6:00 p.m.

Details: Join us at The Cultural Center, our shared barrel cellar and tasting room in NW Denver on Saturday, August 24th for the release of four new Saisons: Solera Saison, Solera Saison + dry hop, Blackberry Sage Saison & Apricot Slow Roll. Laziz Ya Lebanese will be serving authentic Mediterranean food until 4pm. Stay tuned for more details on draft/bottle list.

Solera Saison: Solera process and 100% American Oak Foeders, fermented on 5 strains of Brettanomyces, 3 Saison strains, and 3 strains of Lactobacillus. Each bottle expresses itself differently depending on time and place. Delicate on one hand, funky on the other. 6% abv. $16/750ml

Solera Saison + dry hop: Solera process and 100% American Oak Foeders, fermented on 5 strains of Brettanomyces, 3 Saison strains and 3 strains of Lactobacillus. Dry-hopped with Galaxy and Citra hops, each bottle expresses itself differently depending on time and place. Delicate on one hand, funky on the other. 6% abv. $17/750ml

Blackberry Sage Saison: We took a portion of our Solera Saison batch No3 and refermented it with blackberries and a small amount of muddled sage leaves. The sage compliments the herbal esters inherently present in the Saison and the blackberries provide jammy sweetness to balance the dryness of the base beer. Bright, fruity, floral. 5.6% abv. $17/750ml

Apricot Slow Roll: This beer is fermented and aged 240 days in an American oak foeder and then aged with apricots for 2 months in stainless before being bottle conditioned for an additional 8. A beer for sunshine, and a nod to ‘the Sante roll’ and suggested Tilquin Mure agitation. Enjoy now for big apricot or age for up to 10 years. Although we never suggest this with any of our other bottled beers, we prefer this beer served after being slowly rolled on its side to homogenize the liquid. The reason being, this beer has 2lbs. of perfection apricots from palisade 2018 harvest that carry much of their flavor in the pectin. We thought the beer lost mouthfeel and flavor when clarified so we left the apricot pectin in. 6% abv. $17/750ml

Allocations will be set after From the Vault member presales have ended.

(Bottle/Can Release)

Details: The next installment in the rotating collaboration with our friends at Jagged Mountain is ready! Summertime Magic is a blueberry lemon sour IPA dry hopped with Mosaic and Lemondrop hops! This beer has notes of citrus, pineapple, blueberry pie, assertive lemon sourness all rounded out by a slight spiciness from the hops. Finish your summer off right with this delicious treat!
