September 6, 2018 | Mike ZollerBack in 1996 when Two Brothers Brewing opened there were just a handful of breweries operating in the Chicagoland area and three closed within two months of Jason and Jim Ebel starting the brewery.

Two Brothers Brewing | The Craftsman: Tavern, Cafe, Dining and More
December 15, 2016 | Mathew PowersTwo Brothers Brewing champions family, community, and craft culture and The Craftsman location exemplifies that philosophy. Jason and Jim Ebel — the brothers behind the name — recently opened their new tri-level establishment in the Chicago suburb of Naperville. I found myself at a beer fest the other day where I was sipping ice cold sangria (gasp!) There was just no perfectly refreshing summer beer available to help beat the scorching heat. Which brings us to my Ultimate 6er for a hot-as-hell summer.
