With an in-state distribution footprint that stretches to every corner of Colorado, Denver’s River North Brewery is a longtime local favorite. Despite its reach, its longevity and its reputation among hardcore craft enthusiasts, River North has still managed to remain somewhat of an underrated contender in the world of barrel-aged beers.

The blokes at River North Brewery (Denver, CO) have added two new beers to its can lineup, Colorado IPA and Pils. Joining perennial favorites River North White and FarmHouse, these new additions are the perfect complement to the brewery’s lineup of #AdventureFuel canned exclusively for Colorado beer lovers. This is big news for a brewery that has recently moved to a new location that allows them to brew beers they have wanted to for a while. Epic Brewing exploded onto the beer scene in Salt Lake City in 2008 and quickly started being recognized for their exemplary beers both domestically and internationally. To keep up with their demand and expand their distribution, co-founders David Cole and Peter Erickson headed east across the Rockies and opened a second brewery in Denver’s River North district. Every summer for the past 24 years, over 10,000 visitors have travelled up north to The Centennial State’s beer-loving haven: Fort Collins. The City and its Downtown Business Association, renowned for their love of craft beer, has put on one of the greatest gatherings of brewers in the country known as the Colorado Brewer’s Festival 2013. This weekend-long event showcases a plethora of some of Colorado’s finest, from the tiny nano-breweries like Boulder’s Asher or Loveland’s Verboten, up to the near-macros such as Fort Collins’ own New Belgium and Golden’s Blue Moon.
