Event Preview | 2019 Denver Festivus Announces Participating Breweries

Denver Beer Festivus, which returns on Saturday, December 14 from 3-6 pm., cuts to the chase with a host of Denver-based breweries in attendance. This year’s event taking place at Major Studio will also feature a silent disco floor from SoundDown, part luchador-style wrestling and comedy from Lucha Libre and Laughs, a holiday market, food vendors, and plenty more surprises.

Great Divide 25th Anniversary Returns to Ballpark with Huge Pour List

Great Divide Brewing will celebrate its 25th Anniversary by bringing the party back to their original Arapahoe Street location for a block party-style celebration this Saturday from 2-5pm, as it had done for so many years.
The weekend’s festivities will also feature several familiar nods with 14 variant takes on their iconic Yeti Imperial Stout, including 25th Anniversary Big Yeti, a higher octane 13.5% version available on draft and in 19.2 oz cans to-go, and never before released Maple Pecan and S’mores versions.

Before anyone thought it was possible, they put the agriculturally driven city of Greeley on the map as a national beer destination when no one thought possible. Liquor stores scoffed when WeldWerks introduced Juicy Bits in 16oz cans, and people thought they were crazy when they announced last year, that they would be introducing over 100 varieties of beers throughout the year, but they surpassed that mark as well.
