Hop Butcher Announces 2nd Location in Former 5 Rabbit Space

Hop Butcher for the World entered 2021 with no brewery of their own. They begin 2022 two.
It was previously announced that they would take over Half Acre’s Lincoln Ave location but what many didn’t know was that even before they had closed on that location, Hop Butcher had already closed on the former 5 Rabbit location in Bedford Park.

Atlanta, Georgia based Fire Maker Brewing Co. was recently selected as one of the top ten new breweries of 2021 in an article from USA Today. Fire Maker finished runner-up in the voting which is quite a feat considering all the breweries included in this category. How does a brewery like Fire Maker celebrate an honor like this? One way is to team up with one of the other top ten breweries and make a beer!

Acopon Brewing | Hans Trapp Russian Imperial Stout

For the past four years, residents of and visitors to the Texas Hill Country have had a privilege rarely bestowed on American beer drinkers — the opportunity to enjoy freshly brewed English-style beers served on cask at the singular Acopon Brewing taproom in Dripping Springs TX. While their beautifully delivered flagship Homunculus Dark Mild Ale and Gaspipes ESB continue to draw in both cask-curious and happily acclimated patrons from season to season, at this time of year there is another very good reason to make a trip to Acopon — the annual release of their Hans Trapp BBA Russian Imperial Stout.
