The Eddy Taproom & Hotel, which opened in Golden, CO in 2021, offers an atmosphere bustling with furry friends, vibrant local beers on tap and great conversation with friends old and new. The Eddy also hosts a variety of unique experiences, from wine tastings to Meat Smoking 101 classes. And for the beer lovers out there, they have recently launched a Brewmaster Dinner Series. This four-course beer dinner and reception is hosted by Eddy Executive Chef Ben Shapiro and partners with a rotating cast of local brewing legends.

2022 WeldWerks Invitational Announces Return and Brewery Lineup

The usual opening gala for the start of San Francisco Beer Week would have to be split up, five different venues, each one in a different region of the Bay Area. Telluride Blues & Brews Festival Revamps with New Brewers Showcase

The Telluride Blues & Brews Festival is changing its beer programming in a big way for 2022. This year, the festival is holding five different sessions and a more intimate experience with its new Brewers Showcase. Guests can speak with breweries and try a variety of new, classic, and rare craft beers in each different session. In previous years, the Saturday of the festival featured one session known as the Grand Tasting.

As of now, the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival is planned for Friday, September 16 to Sunday, September 18, 2022.

New venue. New normal. Same celebration of barrel-aged beers. After a pandemic-induced hiatus in 2020, the Festival of Wood and Barrel-Aged Beer (FoBAB) returned in 2021, although the masks and vaccination requirements offer a stark reminder that things aren’t quite back to normal. And that’s what made every sip of every strong barrel-aged beer, fruited sour or wild ale even more enjoyable. The awards ceremony returned, too (not streamed). We are happy to provide you a recap of the 2021 FoBAB Awards.
