Hop Butcher Announces 2nd Location in Former 5 Rabbit Space

Hop Butcher for the World entered 2021 with no brewery of their own. They begin 2022 two.
It was previously announced that they would take over Half Acre’s Lincoln Ave location but what many didn’t know was that even before they had closed on that location, Hop Butcher had already closed on the former 5 Rabbit location in Bedford Park.

Yes, there’s a pandemic, and there’s plenty of geopolitical problems and issues regarding humanity attached to the 2022 Winter Olympic Games. But, the Olympics are conducted in order to promote “a peaceful society concerned with the preservation of human dignity.” So, for the next couple of weeks, we can try to forget all the ills of the world and, instead, watch athletes realize their dream — with some taking home the ultimate prize: an Olympic medal. Obviously, none of us made the team, which means the only game we can play involves the drinking variety. So, here’s the rules of the PorchDrinking 2022 Winter Olympics Drinking Game. Good luck!
Pennyweight Craft Brewing | Jefecito Milk Stout

With original plans to open in March of 2020 in downtown Livermore (California), Pennywight Craft Brewing quickly had to shift focus. Like so many other breweries, the constant change in recommendations and rules left them to think on their feet. As soon as local regulations allowed, they started selling growlers and crowlers and even managed to have a full kitchen up and running by late June of 2020. Tenacity and focus were requirements to stay afloat.
